George Eischen, PT, Director
George is a native Oregonian who attended Reynolds High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. He graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 1985 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. George has worked for Gresham SportsCare since 1985 and took over for his father, Clem, in 1995. He has volunteered with the Atlanta Falcons and assisted during combines with the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos. He enjoys working with local athletes at all levels. George is a proud father of two children, Kevin and Katherine. He enjoys playing basketball, hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, circuit training and traveling.
Heather Odell, DPT
Heather was born and raised in Oregon. She attended high school at Sam Barlow and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree at Linfield College in Portland, Oregon. Following graduation at Linfield, Heather attended the University of Puget Sound to pursue her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2005, she graduated from Puget Sound and became a Physical Therapist at Gresham SportsCare. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, horseback riding, strength training and competing in endurance races.
Patrick Clinton, DPT
Patrick was born in southern California but grew up in Reno, NV and Ventura, CA. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with a degree in Architectural Engineering in 2004. After working as a consulting structural engineer in California and Portland for a number of years, he returned back to school and graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2015 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Patrick practices with an emphasis on patient education, manual therapy and functional exercises to help people optimize movement and physical ability. When away from the office, you can find Patrick outside on a road bike, rock climbing, cross country skiing and hiking with his friends, family and 12 year old lab Roxy.
Kevin Eischen, DPT
Kevin was born in Portland, Oregon, and attended Barlow High School. He enrolled at Oregon State University where he later completed his Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Kevin continued his education at Touro University in Nevada, earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Kevin specializes in return to sport exercises and continues to build on his strong knowledge of manual based therapy. When away from the office, Kevin enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, off-roading in his Jeep, camping, motorcycles and working on cars. Fun fact: Kevin is a third generation physical therapist. His grandfather, Clem Eischen, started SportsCare in 1953.
Kristen Campbell, PTA
Kristen is a native Oregonian who graduated from Damascus Christian in 2002. After attending Seattle Pacific University, she returned home and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Mount Hood Community College in 2007. Kristen has worked for Gresham SportsCare since March of 2009. She enjoys cooking, camping, fishing and hiking.
Rita McCord, PTA
Rita grew up on a dairy farm in Jerome, Idaho. She experienced many of the Western states between her childhood and the time she arrived at SportsCare. Rita started her career in the Air Force working in Utah as a long range radar technician for 8 years. She left the military and earned a bachelor degree in Bio Veterinary Science from Utah State University, which led her to San Rafeal, CA, to work as a trainer at Guide Dogs for Blind (for both dogs and the visually impaired). She transferred to Oregon and continued working with Guide Dogs for Blind until she decided to take up schooling for PTA at MHCC. She had a quick stint working at Kaiser then found her niche at SportsCare. Rita enjoys gardening, hiking,snowshoeing, lapidary (cut and polish rocks) and metal smith work making jewelry. Rita and her husband recently finished a three year gut remodel of a 3500 sq.ft. house and now look forward to getting a beagle.
Kaitlyn McNamara, PTA
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Tumwater, WA. She attended the University of Portland and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sports Medicine in 2012. From there, Kaitlyn pursued a PTA degree from Mt. Hood Community College which she completed in 2014. Since graduation, Kaitlyn has worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Olympia and Vancouver areas. Katilyn enjoys spending her free time running, skiing, rock climbing and hiking with her dog. She is currently enrolled in classes to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Kylie Crawford, PTA
Kylie was born in Portland and raised in Boring, OR. She attended Sam Barlow HS then Mt. Hood Community College, where she earned her Associate of Applied Science degree for a career as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Kylie worked as an Aide at Gresham SportsCare for four years before pursuing her degree, so she re-joins our group with a wealth of prior knowledge and clinic understanding. Kylie enjoys educating herself as much as her patients. She hopes to further her skills and take advanced courses in mechanical techniques and muscle energy. She loves being with friends and family, traveling the world, the sunshine, the beach, volunteering at her church and dogs… All dogs!
Cameron Purington, BS, ATC Sam Barlow High School
Cameron graduated from Oregon State University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Cameron is a certified health and fitness instructor, he has worked as a personal trainer throughout the Northwest since 2004 and has helped people of all ages and skill levels achieve their health and fitness goals. He is a native Oregonian who enjoys the outdoors; he is an avid disc golfer, and overall fitness enthusiast.
Joe Givens, MS, ATC Sandy High School
Joe is from Gresham, OR, and attended Gresham High School. He continued his education at Concordia University in NE Portland, where he received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science while playing soccer for the Cavalier’s. Joe graduated from Concordia in 2008 then entered a Master of Science in Athletic Training program at the University of Hawaii. He completed one year at UH, then transferred to Bridgewater State University, to complete his Master’s degree. While in school, Joe worked as a Student Athletic Trainer for Hawaii’s football team, and for Bridgewater State’s women’s soccer and softball teams. Joe graduated in the spring of 2011 and joined Gresham SportsCare in August. Joe enjoys playing soccer, exercising and cooking.
Rhonda Thompson, MA, ATC Gresham High School
Rhonda is originally from Tripoli, Iowa. She went to the University of Northern Iowa to receive her BA in Athletic Training and graduated in 2004. She then traveled to San Jose State University for Graduate school earning her MA in Kinesiology in 2007. Rhonda has four years of experience as an assistant athletic trainer working for the University of Texas at El Paso. Rhonda got married in May of 2011 and has lived in Oregon since. She joined SportsCare in August of 2011. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
Alex Nelson, BS, ATC Reynolds High School
Alex is from Spokane, Washington. He went to Oregon State University where he studied Athletic Training. After college Alex got an internship at Cleveland State University working with women’s soccer, cross country, and softball. He enjoys snowboarding, golfing and playing soccer.
Aaron MacInnes, BS, ATC Centennial High School
Aaron is originally from Salem, Oregon. He graduated in 2009 from Oregon State University with his Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science and began working for SportsCare as an Athletic Trainer that summer. In 2011, Aaron decided to attend the University of Montana, in Missoula, MT, to further his education by earning a Masters Degree. In 2014, Aaron returned to SportsCare and now works at Centennial High School. In his spare time, Aaron enjoys lifting weights for exercise, cooking, outdoor sports such as golf and hiking, and anything that has to do with the Oregon coast.
John Badagliacco, MS, ATC Corbett High School
John was born in Chicago, IL, but grew up in the northwoods of Hayward, WI. After completing his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology – Athletic Training at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, John headed west to pursue his Masters degree in Human Physiology – Athletic Training at the University of Oregon. During his time there he also worked as a Graduate Athletic Trainer for Oregon football, baseball, track and cross country. After graduation he spent time backpacking through South America with his younger brother, Jim. In his free time John enjoys traveling, live music, and doing pretty much anything outdoors.
Jenn McNassar, PT Aide
Jenn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Post high school, Jenn attended Concordia University with the intent to study Exercise Science. Jenn transferred to Mt. Hood Community College after deciding to become a PT Assistant, and is currently in the application process. Jenn’s observation hours for school easily turned into PT Aide position because of her quick learning curve and hard work. When away from school and work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her friends, playing soccer and visiting the Oregon Coast.
Delaney Parmenter, Aide
Delaney was born and raised in Gresham, OR. She graduated from Gresham High School and is currently a student at Mt. Hood Community College working on her Associates Degree in Science. Upon completion, she plans on transferring to Pacific University to major in Physical Therapy. When away from work, Delaney enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, camping, hiking and any other outdoor activity.
Melanie Stout, Office Manager
Melanie is originally from Coos Bay, Oregon. She is currently a full time student at Mount Hood Community College, working toward a degree in medical office management. Melanie loves to travel and has toured many countries, including the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Switzerland, China and Canada. Melanie is a pesco-vegan, and enjoys learning new ways to cook her favorite dishes.
Raichael Newman, Front Office
Raichael was born in Colorado Springs, CO. She moved to Gresham, OR when she was a child and has called in home sense. Raichael is currently a student at Mt. Hood Community College working toward an Associate Degree in Science. She plans on transferring to Oregon State University and enrolling in which will earn her a major in Veterinary Medicine. Raichael worked retail while in high school before joining the SportsCare and Armworks staff. She enjoys snowboarding and spending time outside with a good book.
